High pressure pump


It is used for slurry solutions with high concentration as well as

 pH between 0.5 to 12 and micron pulp up to millimeters with different alloys.

Seals used:

Packing: with internal reverse impeller also cooled by water 

(single-phase domestic pump) pressure load 4 times.

Mechanical: Cool by circulating water in the tank with a household pump 4 times.

This pump is used in all industrial and mining factories that deal with filter presses.

Filter presses with 2 * 2 m, 1.5 * 1.5 m and 1.2 * 1.2 m frames are used. 

(With different number of frames between 70 and 100 frames)
